SUPPORT WITH COSTS

We are Ofsted registered and accept childcare vouchers from major providers, including Edenred, Kiddivouchers and Fidelity.

Families receiving Universal Credit may be able to claim back up to 85% of childcare costs, depending on eligibility.

Lessons are 1 hour 20 minutes, and students are expected to attend the full session

Payments are required in advance, in line with issued invoices

A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to discontinue lessons

MISSED LESSONS & CATCH-UP SESSIONS

Please notify us in advance if your child is unable to attend

Where possible, a catch-up session will be offered (to be used within 2 weeks)

Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling

If a session is cancelled by the centre, an alternative session or credit will be provided where appropriate
