Support with Costs

We are Ofsted registered and accept childcare vouchers from major providers, including Edenred, Kiddivouchers and Fidelity.

Families receiving Universal Credit may be able to claim back up to 85% of childcare costs, depending on eligibility.

We use TutorBird to provide a smooth and secure payment experience for parents.

You will receive automatic invoices on a weekly or monthly basis

Important Information

Lessons are 1 hour 20 minutes, and students are expected to attend the full session

Payments are required in advance, in line with issued invoices

A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to discontinue lessons

Missed Lessons & Catch-Up Sessions

We understand that occasional absences may happen.

If your child is unable to attend, please notify us in advance
Where possible, we will offer a catch-up session, which must be taken within 2 weeks
Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling

If a session is cancelled by the centre, an alternative session will be arranged or a credit will be applied where appropriate.
